Something New Comes… and why…

Ok, the question everyone’s already sick of hearing and answering… what was your New Year’s resolution this year?! Are you going to take better care of yourself, eat cleaner, train meaner? Lose something, gain something, learn something? Become a new person, become the old you? Be nicer, be stronger, be tougher, be softer?

Me? I’m not really one to make resolutions, or at least specific New Years resolutions. Mostly because I’m always hard on myself. All. Year. Long. I’m always trying to learn something new. At least always mentally planning it out. To push myself. Be better. Be more kind. Be less sarcastic. And then there’s always that dreaded certain gravitational number that I always wish was a bit less. Since Thanksgiving of this last year, I’ve been working on bettering my health. I’ve pushed myself to enjoy more time outside. Learning to enjoy exercising. And I’m attempting to put better foods into this temple called a body.

Weirdly enough I’m discovering my mind is becoming more clear, I can focus easier, and have a longer attention span for difficult tasks. And in short, my new focus has allowed me to work on some pieces of my life, and artistic life, that I’ve always wanted to tweak. Just this past week I’ve had a lot of energy, and I’m so hoping that it will continue for as long as possible! This energy has allowed me to sculpt a fun project I had been planning for eons, it feels. And even though it’s in its early phase, I feel a pull to share it with you. This is so hard for me, as I’m not at all an out-going individual by nature. But the pull is so strong, it’s just coming out. And apparently it’s happening now despite all my internal efforts to push it back down… So here goes…

I have some Big Fun News! And I must share it with you Today!!

I’m getting ready to offer a “soft open” for my new Apprenticeship Program! It’s in its initial phase, but want to offer you the chance to sign up in the next few days for a few reasons…

#1 I need some help testing the shiny new Members-Only area and making sure everything is up and running, all the parts are churning smoothly, and ready to roll out.

#2 I want you to let me know what you think and what tweaks (or major changes if any) that you’d like to see me to make to the program before I swing the doors wide open for more to enter.

#3 (And most importantly) I want to offer you who have followed my work over the years something truly special. You’ve followed me for a long time and I want you to be able to access all this brand new stuff that’s pouring out of me for a very minimal amount, and lock it in at a much cheaper price than what I will be offering to the public. I know how expensive good jewelry lessons and instruction can get, especially personalized stuff, and I want to reward you first and foremost and offer this as a big thank you for all of your support of my work over these last several years!

I will be raising this “soft open” price point in the near future as the program progresses, and I’m not sure what date I will change it yet. I have so much more I’m planning to add to the new members-only area, and as I add more and more, I will be raising the cost to get in, join the party and enjoy all the wonder ;)

If you have any questions, send them my way. And if you choose to join in and sign up, I will be sending you questions asking you what you think and any suggestions you have to offer. I could really use your help and advice, and I greatly value your opinion! I may also ask a few to possibly do a chat interview either through email or Skype regarding the program… so if you’re interested, we can chat about that when the time comes.

I hope you’ve had a beautiful start to your New Year! And I hope you’re trying something new this time around, stretching yourself, making yourself grow!

Soft Open starts tomorrow. Be ready!

Many blessings and much love,
Laura
